Legal process and AI implementation consulting
AI is moving into everyday work, and agentic AI is moving faster still. We help legal departments and businesses see where they stand, get their people ready and get real efficiency from the tools they use.
Why now
The market is moving. The question is are you?
McKinsey’s 2026 State of AI survey found that nearly nine in ten respondents say their organizations already use AI regularly in at least one business function.1 AI use is already the norm. We think McKinsey is light. In our view, the market is moving faster than that, and the organizations that move with purpose now will set the pace.
Get the most out of AI, especially agentic AI.
Having the tools is not the goal. Efficiency is. In the same McKinsey survey, 80% of respondents say AI has improved their individual productivity, yet only 37% attribute any EBIT impact to it.1 Gartner expects 33% of enterprise software applications to include agentic AI by 2028, up from less than 1% in 2024, and also predicts that over 40% of agentic AI projects will be canceled by the end of 2027 because of cost, unclear value or weak risk controls.2 The gap between using AI and getting value from it is where the work is.
Everyone needs to be trained and ready.
Agents act on instructions. The people giving those instructions, reviewing the output and owning the result need to know how. In a Google/Ipsos poll of U.S. employees, 65% said they want formal AI training at work, but only 14% said their organization had offered any in the past 12 months.3 Workers given both tools and guidance were 2.5 times more likely to use AI.3
If you have not started, now is the time.
McKinsey reports that 40% of respondents from organizations with more than $1 billion in revenue are scaling AI agents, up from 27% a year earlier.1 Others are already building. Starting now, with a clear plan, is the practical way to catch up and keep up.
